CHANDIGARH: The Counselling for the admission to Master in Public Health for the session 2026-2027 will be held on Thursday, 13th August, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Centre for Public Health, Sector-25, South Campus, Panjab University, Chandigarh. All the applicants are advised to bring the following documents in original and photocopies:
(i) The students are required to bring hard-copy of the application form along with a photocopy of all the certificates at the time of counselling. We will not provide any services regarding the generation of a printout of the application form or any other certificate at the time of counselling.
(ii) The candidate must bring the original copy of the certificates 10th, 12th, Graduation Mark sheets and Character Certificate relevant for the admission including the authenticated document of CGPA to percentage conversion formula at the time of counselling.
(iii) Printout copy of CET (PG) 2026 Entrance Result Card
(iv) The candidate with a gap in the academic year(s) after graduation should make affidavit statement regarding the fact that he/she was not involved in any criminal activity during the year(s).
(v) Category Certificate, if applicable
(vi) Other relevant documents for verification
Physical presence or attendance is compulsory for every student at the time of counselling.
